the quickest way to order is to phone or fax us on 03 9397 3717 between 10am and 5pm, monday to friday, or email safade@safadewholesale.com. we accept visa, mastercard and bankcard, direct deposit or you can send us a cheque payable to safade.


delivery

we will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 7 days of receipt of you order, subject to stock availability. freight charges will be added at cost to all orders.


quality

at safade we are proud of the quality and workmanship of all our products. all our items are hand crafted by artisans, giving each piece its own uniqueness due to minute differences in design and finish.


returns

in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days, in its original condition, for a refund, credit or replacement.


prices

all prices shown are recommended retail prices, quoted in australian dollars ($) and are inclusive of gst. the wholesale price is approximately half of the retail price. we reserve the right to increase prices. all goods remain the property of safade until full payment is made by the customer.


wholesale

should you be interested in stocking safade in your own store, simply contact us by email stating the name and address of your store, plus an abn number. we will then be happy to provide you with a wholesale pricelist. wholesale orders can then be made either by fax or email.
